Ramada Downtown Dubai

Large room with nice view. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Perfect location in downtown, walking distance from Dubai Mall. Very friendly staff.

Location is great with easy access to Dubai Mall and great views over the Burj Fountains… Staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly.

The staff at this hotel go out of their way to ensure you are happy. They are exceptionally friendly and the whole place is very kid-friendly. They gave our small kid quite a few presents which was very kind of them. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy. Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Dubai Mall and from the surrounding area you can see the famous fountains. There’s a supermarket right next door which is super convenient. Special mention goes to the very kind gentleman Naseer, who drove us around for the day as well as Usha the travel agent on site for helping us arrange some experiences. Rashid and his colleagues, the concierge gentlemen, were also very very helpful and kind in arranging a wheelchair that we could use for the entire duration of our stay. Bedding and towels are changed daily and very very clean. The cleaners do a great job and come in to vacuum and change the bedding daily and ensure all surfaces are wiped down which is super. Ronit, one of the cleaners, was exceptionally kind to my mother and grandmother and was a fabulous help each day. He made beautiful towel creations which he put on the bed for them and surprised them with which was very special for my grandmother as she is older and it’s more difficult for her to travel so this was very kind and appreciated to make her time memorable. Even though the pool and kids play area where under construction, we could easily make use of the pool right next door by simply asking the concierge to take us there. Overall, my main takeaways were the kind people at this hotel that made our experience exceptional.

1 Bedroom residence with a “Downtown View” Balcony for 9 nights. (75 square meters). . comfortable and clean residence . The layout was balanced and furniture was well arranged. All appliances were functioning well. Location is a WOW factor, where Dubai Opera is a 4 minutes walk and Boulevard Street is a 1 minute walk. Moreover, there is a grocery store (24/7), salon & pharmacy just a few steps away. Ramada offers a Complimentary Transfer to Dubai Mall every day. . Housekeeping team did a great job in creating a tidy & clean room, specially Mr Shehan who provided a spotless service. Miss Hawazen from reception, was accommodating and hospitable. I recently stayed at Ramada, and the level of service I received was nothing short of exceptional. The staff specifically Emran, Shahzad and Rashid went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The valet team was also impressive. After a shopping trip, they not only parked my car promptly but also carried my shopping bags to my room without hesitation. It’s rare to find such attentive and proactive service! Additionally, I booked a driver through the hotel for a trip to Al Fujairah—a two-hour journey. The car provided was a luxurious new GMC, and the driver was outstanding. Not only was the ride smooth and comfortable, but the driver’s professionalism and safe driving were truly commendable. Special thanks to Shahzad for making the journey enjoyable and secure. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so wonderful!
